Who we are

Morris Systems ("we," "us") installs missed-call text-back and phone follow-up systems for local service businesses in the Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma area. Contact: campbell@getmorrissystems.com.

What we collect

Contact information you provide when you call, text, email, or submit a form: name, phone number, email address, and business name. Communication records: the content and timing of calls and text conversations with our business number. Basic website analytics: standard server logs (pages visited, browser type). We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry — including sending a text message if we miss your call; to provide, schedule, and support the services you've asked about; and to keep records of our business communications.

Text messaging (SMS)

When you call or text our business number, you may receive SMS replies from us related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, or HELP for assistance. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in and consent data are never sold or transferred to any third party.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our systems (telephone, messaging, and CRM platforms), and only as needed to deliver the service, or where required by law.

Retention & your choices

We keep communication records as long as needed for business purposes. You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or opt out of communications, by emailing campbell@getmorrissystems.com or replying STOP to any text.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
