FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions every shop owner asks before saying yes.

Do I need a new phone number?

No. You keep the number that's on your trucks and your Google listing. The system watches that line and only steps in when a call gets missed. Your customers never see a different number.

Will it work with my carrier and my phones?

Yes. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, a landline through the cable company — doesn't matter. Nothing gets installed on your phones, and nothing changes about how you answer calls. The system only acts on the calls that ring out.

What does it cost? Is there a contract?

One flat monthly price — no contracts, no setup-fee surprises, no percentage of your jobs. Cancel any month. If it isn't earning you more than it costs, I'll be the one to tell you to cancel.

Who sees my texts?

You do. Every conversation lands in one inbox on your phone, and you can jump in and take over any time. The automatic messages are scripts you approved during setup — nothing ever sends that you haven't signed off on.

I answer most of my calls already.

Good — most owners do, until they're under a house or up a ladder. The system only acts on the ones you miss. Five missed calls a week at a $400 average ticket is $2,000 of work deciding whether to call the next shop on the list.
